Kathy Russell

Kathy Russell has been the CEO of the Fredericton YMCA for the past seven years. Prior to this she worked for the National YMCA Office as well as various management and program positions at the Fredericton YMCA. Kathy received her Masters in Management from McGill University and completed a Masters in Adult Education and a Masters in Physical Education at the University of New Brunswick. Kathy and her husband Norman have two children, Max and Elizabeth who are presently in university. The family has volunteered and participated in community-based sport and wellness programs for many years.
