About the role:
At Chinova, we are using the power of mushrooms to help improve quality, freshness, and shelf-life which ultimately leads to reducing food waste. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks, including proactively reaching out to potential customers through calls and emails, collaborating with our valued channel partners, nurturing interest, assessing prospect suitability, and ultimately, successfully closing sales. This role will involve reporting directly to our CEO and/or COO, ensuring seamless alignment with our strategic leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
– Understand customer needs and requirements
– Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
– Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
– Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
– Maintain and expand your database of prospects
– Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
– Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
– Proven inside sales experience, preferably in the food industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
– Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
– Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace
– Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
– Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and industry events
