Effective September 1, 2021

In-Person Events

Attendees at Fredericton chamber events must attest that they have received two doses of a Health Canada-approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to the event (or have a written medical exemption).

If one person is purchasing tickets for other individuals in their party, they must attest that each individual within that party has received two doses of a Health Canada-approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to the event (or have a written medical exemption).

In-Person Meetings

Individuals attending an in-person meeting at the chamber of commerce office must attest that they have received two doses of a Health Canada-approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to the meeting (or have a written medical exemption).

A virtual option will be offered for individuals that have not received two doses or who otherwise wish to attend virtually.

Boardroom Rentals

Third parties may rent the chamber boardroom for use for either a half day or a full day. The “in-person meetings” policy (above) applies to individuals attending meetings in the chamber boardroom hosted by a third party.

Incidental Visits

We welcome visitors who may be attending a brief impromptu or non-scheduled meeting in a chamber office space, and ask that masks be worn for those visits if the individual does not attest to their vaccination status – that is, having received two doses of a Health Canada-approved vaccine (or have a written medical exemption) at least 14 days prior to entering a chamber office space. A form will be provided for the attestation.
