Digital Marketing Strategist

Location: Fredericton or Bathurst, NB
Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hrs weekly, Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5pm.
Compensation: Competitive salary, pension option, paid vacation, health benefits & bonus program.

Expectation is that you will work from the office for optimal team collaboration.
With the option of some work from home (to be discussed).

Language requirements: Bilingual – English & French

Success in this position:

Immediate, seamless use of internal communication systems – Asana, Google Suite & Trello.
Open to being creative with Marketing & Advertising (Strategy, Campaigns, The plan).
Practice purposeful empathy – you are responsible for your approach with colleagues & clients.

Plan and develop project outlines with internal team & clients
Effort to solve client issues that may arise.

Take leadership initiatives to maintain and collaborate effectively with coworkers and project management teams.

Responsibilities:

Advertising campaign management (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn)
Marketing & Advertising strategy for clients
Ad trafficking
Monitoring publications
Review & Edit team communications
Responding to clients
Light form content writing

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French & English
Post secondary Education relevant to the job responsibilities or proven experience in all aspects of the job outline.

Willingness to:

Enroll in role specific courses – sourced by you or management (when applicable).
Receive coaching.
Develop interpersonal and soft skills when need is identified.
Ensure accurate inputs and appropriate content before each project is launched/ live or handed off to internal collaborators.
Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Join the Project Team for client meetings, be prepared for each meeting and interact with clients.
Collaborate effectively with all members of the project team.
Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and management to encourage an environment of respect and inclusion.
Be on-time for: Work day & meetings
