“This year, we have chosen a more unconventional approach to our theme direction. By stepping away from our industry focus, we are addressing a broader, universal challenge: ‘Being Well.’ This concept encompasses not only personal well-being, which we all recognize as crucial, but also extends to our communities, work teams, and physical, mental, digital, and financial health. These elements collectively contribute to achieving our optimal selves and performing at our best in every facet of life,” said Melanie McLean, the Director of Marketing at Stanley Mutual.

The success of this year’s conference was bolstered by the invaluable support and collaboration of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce. Leveraging their extensive network and resources, we reached beyond the comfort of our industry to secure speakers who embodied the forward-thinking theme enriching the event with their expertise.

“Being Well” reflected a commitment to holistic well-being in both personal and professional spheres. It underscored our collective pursuit of lasting success and wellness amidst a dynamic business environment including. The sessions were carefully curated to encompass various dimensions of wellness, from team dynamics and physical fitness to cutting-edge topics like AI and digital wellness.

Highlights included Amy Parrill, President of Parrill + Co., who captivated the audience with insights on team wellness, and Aaron Cushing, Founder of Square Thunder, who delved into the crucial intersection of AI and digital wellness, both curated through our collaborations with the FCC.
